Frequently asked questions
How do I book a lesson?
To book a lesson, go to the “Book a lesson” section and select the package you are interested in. After the payment has been completed, you will be able to see the tutor's availability and select the time slot that best fits you.
Can I reschedule or cancel a lesson?
Yes. For rescheduling you can do it yourself or contact the teacher to request it. For cancellations: if it is done within the 12 hours prior to the lesson, you won't be able to reuse the class credit for that lesson. Anytime before that, you will be able to schedule the class on any other day that fits you.
Can I get a refund if in the end I can't schedule the classes?
No, class packages are not refundable. You can make use of your class credits at any time of your choice, but you won't be refunded.
Why are the trial lessons advertised as free but then I have to pay a fee?
The fee of the trial lesson will be discounted when you buy your first class or package. This fee is only there to protect the tutor from false bookings or absences during the trial lesson.
What happens if I am absent?
In case of absence, the tutor will contact you through the usual contact method (email/message), informing you that she is in class and waiting for you and asking for a reply when you see the message. After that moment you will have a period of 36 hours to reply. If a reply is not received within that period, you will lose the class credit.
I have a question that isn't answered here, what can I do?
In that case you can send an email to the tutor with your questions and you will receive a reply within 72h.
